Oh, very nice. Even though I think that most of the EaW:FoC story arc is beyond stupid, some of the ship designs are rather nifty. The Crusader being among those.
Doing such a ship in M20 will be a massive piece of work, if it is done on the level most of us tend to work at. It seems like you could manage to pull it off, though. You got a good start going with what you got. I'd not advice working on it any further before you have the actual scale determined, though. You would have to redraw and re-match too much, when you change scaling. It isn't worth it to waste good work. Better to start in the right scale.
How are you planing to determine the ship's scale, or check it if there is an official stat? Keep in mind that most official stats regarding size can rarely be trusted and tend to be off by a lot.

Funny you ask. What you see is actually one of the in-game models which I extracted to one of my 3D programs and redrew in paint. Unfortunately, the model is solid so I could not use the program itself. So, I took screenshots and 'traced' over the lines.
With that said, I will simply be stretching it into the proper shape and going over the lines again. It will take a little while, but I am ready for it.
As for the scale, I am going with the EaW:FoC sourcebook which lists the length as 190 meters. This appears to be the consensus with the only other stat being 180 meters. However, the length is described as similar to the Sith War variant which the d6 sourcebooks I have list it as 193 meters. So, I figure that the 190 meter length is appropriate.
